FIELD: track membranes production. SUBSTANCE: method of track membrane production provides, that initial film is subjected to irradiation by accelerated heavy ions stream. Film is moved along several surfaces of second order crossing ions stream. Then film material is sensibilized in volume of obtained set of tracks, that have uniform angle distribution in planes normal to film surface, and then through holes are chemically etched in film at place of tracks. Film is moved along several second order surfaces located in series in direction of ions stream movement so, that film crosses the ions stream repeatedly and during each following crossing angle of ions stream falling on film surface is changed and so creating tracks structure as several sets of tracks with uniform angular distribution in each of several sets of planes differed from each other by plane angle to film surface. Side surfaces of circular cylinders or two truncated cones with common base are used as surfaces of second order. Generatrix of one of second order surfaces, as a version, is in plane perpendicular to ions stream direction. EFFECT: improved process. 4 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
