Turnable distributing pipe is installed on end section of filling pipe. Distributing pipe is arranged initially along section of pipeline to be covered and support platform is formed by delivering slurry. Then distributing pipe is placed square to section of pipeline to be covered and protective layer of soil is formed on uncovered section of pipeline.
