PROCESS OF HYDRAULIC DEPOSITION OF GROUND FACILITIES Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: operations conducted by means of hydraulic excavation technology predominantly employed for inwash of road embankments and construction sites. SUBSTANCE: process of hydraulic deposition of ground facilities includes supply of slurry, hydraulic deposition of embankment of structure, removal of water. At first stage basic bed of sand embankment is deposited by supply of slurry, sand embankment is dewatered to moisture content in surface layer of 15-20% by removal of water. After it honeycomb carpet coats are laid on embankment into wet sand sinking them to half of height of honeycombs which are then filled with slurry with volumetric concentration of material up to 75-85% and slurry is compacted by filtration of water and its removal. Water is removed through slopes of ground facility. EFFECT: reduced labor input, enhanced density of surface layer of deposited road embankments and sites. 1 dwg
