Solvent is removed without system defrosting followed by fixation of polymeric carcass macroporous structure. The parent solvent is removed from the frozen system by lyophilic drying or cryoextraction, or cryoextraction at simultaneous treatment (modifying) with low-molecular base. Then polymer is treated with low-molecular base solution or cross-linking agent in organic solvent followed by removing the treating solution; or polymer is treated with low-molecular base solution followed by cross-linking and removing treating solutions. Then it can be used without drying or washing out, or to wash out to neutral washing water and use washing and drying by the known methods.
