FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling within 45-50 min of alcohol-containing material being preliminary purified, the process is carried out inside tank. Wood being activated by heat and displaced inside said tank is used. Mixture of carbonized and uncarbonized oak stave at ratio 1;2-1:5 is used as mentioned above wood, its quantity being 30-40 g/dm3. Activation of said stave is carried out within 24-36 h at 105-170 C. Grape raw spirit or fruit-berry raw spirit or spirit prepared by dealcoholization of juices is used as mentioned above alcohol-containing material.
