FIELD: generation of heat and electric energy in steam-turbine plants using circulation cooling systems with water-cooling towers. SUBSTANCE: in proposed steam-turbine plant with condensate cooler draft of water-cooling tower is increased thanks to air heater installed in upper part of this tower. Steam turbine is fitted with additional controller of steam supply placed in power-and-heat extraction which determines heating of air heater. EFFECT: increased draft of water-cooling tower. 1 dwg
