SUBSTANCE: illumination device has tank filled with a liquid and gas and made of a transparent material completely or partially, light source, optic additives, and source of magnetic and/or electric field. The properties, in particular piezoelectric properties, of the optical additives may be different. The source of magnetic and/or electric field allows the parameters of magnetic or/and electric field to be varied. The device may be provided with a clock mechanism, facility for forced circulation of the additives inside the tank, and heating member. The source of electric field may be made up as two conductors having opposite charges and different sizes. The source of magnetic field may be made up as a solenoid.
