SUBSTANCE: method involves providing germination of seeds and placing them in nutrient aqueous solution containing aluminum ion as abiotechnical factor; determining change in water absorption of rootage during growing process by daily weighing of pots with plants and nutrient solution with following calculation of reduction of rootage absorption function coefficient; determining resistance of various sorts of barley to increased content of aluminum ions on the basis of obtained coefficient.
