FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repairing and manufacturing gutters and conduits for feeding blend operating under conditions promoting abrasion with loose materials. Before weld deposition, part is secured in jigging fixture with at least five rows of studs distanced from each other to at most 35 thicknesses of part. Diameter of studs is as large as 2.4-3.8 thickness of part, and that of openings in jiggling fixture 1.25-1.45 stud diameter. Weld deposition begins with weld current 280-300 A and, when 30% of the first layer is deposited, current is gradually reduced by 20-30% of its initial magnitude. Weld deposition material contains (in wt %): carbon, 0.5-1.2; chromium, 13-20; silicon, 2.5-4.3; boron, 2.0- 4.5'nickel, the balance. When weld deposition is completed, part with jiggling fixture are subjected to heat treatment: heating in furnace from 250 to 500-550 C with rate not higher than 50 C/h, maintaining this temperature for 1.0-1.5 h, cooling with rate not higher than 50 C/h to 200 C followed by cooling in air. EFFECT: decreased distortion of parts and increased stability owing to diminishing number of fissures in welding zone. 4 cl, 3 dwg
