LINE OF WOOD PLATES PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: woodworking industry, lines of wood plates production in particular. SUBSTANCE: aim is to expand manufacturing capabilities of the line. Line has in process connected to each other wood lump wastes and manufacturing splinter treatment site 1 and also wood soft wastes treatment site 3, wood chips drying site 4, wood chips sorting site 5, bunkers 6 and 7 used correspondingly for storage of damp and dry chips, mixer 8, wood carpet forming site 9 and hot press 10. Line is also provided with pressed linear pieces production site 11 and biomass preparation site 12. In the case the latter is linked with mixer 8 and pressed linear pieces production site 11. In case of absence of synthetic binder wood plates production is exercised using biomass, that is prepared by site 12 and fed in mixer 8. Produced mixture is formed as carpet at site 9, then it is pressed in hot press 10. Plates cutting is exercised by shape-cutting machine 69. To manufacture pressed linear pieces they use sorted at sorting site 5 wood chips large fraction, that is also mixed with synthetic binder or with biomass and then it is pressed by extrusion press 26. Line of wood plates and pressed linear pieces production has expanded production capabilities, that allow to use wood chips of large fraction, that is not desirable for wood plates production. Besides, production of all pieces ( that is production of wood plates and pressed linear pieces) is exercised using both synthetic binder and without it, that is using biomass. That allows to avoid shop idle periods caused by absence of resins or additions required for synthetic binder preparation and ensures ecological purity of manufactured pieces.
