FIELD: manufacture of reinforced concrete railroad ties. SUBSTANCE: line has main section 2 of placement into multicavity mold 3 of concrete mix and its simultaneous compaction by means of rotary concrete placer 5. Main section 2 is provided with a roe of stationary manipulators 9 and 10 for making cone-shaped holes in tie blanks. The line is also provided behind the main section 2 with additional section of formation of hollow channels for embedded bolts with the help of combined hole-forming cores and installation of embedded washers. Additional section is provided with a row of stationary manipulators. Multicavity mold 3 comes from previous process section of reinforcement tensioning onto roller conveyor 7 of main section 2 and stops by limiting stop 8. Then, simultaneously all manipulators 10 push control hole-forming cores into holes of bottom of mold 3 and extreme manipulators 9 push diaphragms 17 into respective recesses of mold 3 and place concrete mix into mold 3 and simultaneously compact it with the help of rotary concrete placer 5. Then conical hole-forming cores are diaphragms 17 are removed from mold 3. Left in mold 3 is compacted concrete mix with molded cone-shaped holes. Mold 3 with concrete blank is moved onto roller conveyor of additional section and stops by stop. Pushed simultaneously in mold 3 are diaphragm 17 and lower part of combined hole-forming cores. Then supplied from magazines with the help of horizontal power cylinder to working zone of upper parts of combined hole-forming cores by gates are embedded washers. Then, vibrator is engaged and upper parts of hole-forming cores with embedded washers under action of vibration are introduced into concrete mix to form hollow channels for embedded fastening bolts.
