Device has base-frame 1, pressing section 2 which is provided with stationary perforated side walls 14, and section 6 intended for preliminary compaction of disintegrated mass. Compacting section is made in the form of upper movable endless belt 10 and lower movable endless belt 11 which are installed on stationary cross-member 8 and stationary cross-member 9, and stationary perforated side walls 7.
