FIELD: synthesis of polyurethane elastomers. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of polyfurite with 2,4-toluylene diisocyanate, their molar ratio being 1:(0.5-0.6) respectively. Then thus prepared hydroxyl-containing component interacts with 2,4-toluylene diisocyanate, their molar ratio being 1: (1.9-2.1). Thus obtained prepolymer is affected by cross-linking, the process is carried out with the help of mixture which comprises polyethylene glycole adipinate (having molecular weight 800) and 3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-diaminodiphenyl methane at their ratio 0.2:0.68 respectively. Hardening of reaction mass is carried out at 115±5° C within 18-24 h. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product, improved efficiency of the method.
