FIELD: method of gallium-arsenic-bearing wastes processing with production of high purity gallium and arsenic. SUBSTANCE: method provides for thermal disintegration of wastes in vacuum with gallium transfer in smelt and arsenic transfer in sublimates, filtration of gallium smelt, gallium refining, arsenic sublimates condensation and their processing. Before thermal disintegration wastes are sorted by alloying members and fractional composition, washed and dried. Thermal disintegration is exercised under heating with speed of 11 - 25 C/min from 20 C to 1250 C with following holding under temperature of 1250 - 1100 C for 20 - 120 minutes. Arsenic condensate is subjected to refining by sublimation under temperature of 580 - 650 C in two stages. First stage is exercised during introduction in gas phase of steam or mixture of inert gas and hydrogen vapors with steam and / or chlorous hydrogen and / or ammonia. Second stage is exercised during insertion of hydrogen in gas phase. After each stage of sublimation before condensation arsenic vapors are heated to temperature of 700 - 1000 C and condensation is carried out in polythermal mode in temperature interval of 270 - 500 C.
