SUBSTANCE: proposed steel comprises 0.08-0.16 mass % of carbon, 0.1-.4 mass % of silicium, 0.2-0.6 mass % of manganese, 0.75-1.4 mass % of chromium, 3.5-5.7 mass % of nickel, 0.2-1 mass % of molybdenum, 1-1.5 mass % of copper, 0.08-0.25 mass % of vanadium, 0.02-0.06 mass % of aluminium, 0.001-0.015 mass % of sulfur, 0.001-0.015 mass % of phosphorous and ferrum.
