At some distance from cylinder 1 ends there are drilled holes 5 for blowing-intake. To protect cylinder 1 from dust intrusion there is protecting jacket 6 mounted with clearance 7 from cylinder 1. Shock-proof apparatus is used as intermediate support. During seismic actions kinetic energy during seismic actions is consumed due to piston 4 movement in cavity of cylinder 1 during alternating air intake and release form cavity 4 of cylinder 1.
