METHOD OF BUILDING RECONSTRUCTION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering, methods of buildings reconstruction, that are used to erect mansard storeys over upper storeys of existing buildings. SUBSTANCE: method allows to carry out building-mounting works without residents evacuation, usage of building cranes and scaffolding for whole height of reconstructed buildings along their perimeters, to expand significantly architectural advantages of mansard storeys, because assembly and mounting of volumetric roof members is exercised by enlarged blocks from mounting level, that allows to make them of different configuration and range and to carry out operations without violations of safety appliances using industrial methods by enlarged blocks within shortest time periods. Mansard storeys are erected in following way. On mounting level 1 they exercise enlarging assembly of linear members of framework and then - assembly of volumetric roof members 4 and semiprofile frames 13 with fully good roof covering 17 and thermal insulation 15, sound insulation 16, steam insulation 14. At first volumetric roof members 4 are mounted on parapet 3 of outer walls 2 and they are fixed by clamps 6. Semiprofile frames 13 are assembled so, that roof members 4 cantilevers 7 are linked with cantilevers 10 by fixers 9. Then two opposite semiprofile frames are in series using method of turning lifted by mounting pole 20 on columns 18 of framework and setting on supporting abutments 19 producing fully good profile of mansard on detent.
