FIELD: construction, in particular, methods for reconstruction in the conditions of municipal development of 4-5 - storied standardized large-panel, massive-block, brick extended narrow-block buildings, in particular, with a flat roof and parapets. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in arrangement of an erecting stage beyond the longitudinal walls on one of the ends of the building, and temporary guides for the roof crane are laid on the opposite end-dismantling stage on parapets along the building. Then, roof-slabs are dismounted on the side of the erecting stage, displacing them to the dismantling stage and lowering onto the ground surface by the roof crane. The temporary guides and parapets are successively dismounted, permanent guides are laid along the building above its bearing walls. Superstructure block-sections are assembled on the erecting stage in the form of volumetric structural members and successively moved to the building by means of pulling winches installed on the dismantling stage. Each subsequent block-section is set against the previous one, they get interconnected, and the assembled storey is fixed by monolithic finishing of rollers with permanent guides. EFFECT: reduced terms of execution of job, reduced labour content, specific consumption of materials and cost of reconstruction. 3 dwg
