FIELD: construction, in particular, updating of buildings of mansard type. SUBSTANCE: building with superstructure of mansard type has body of main storeys and mansard structure located above body. Located between body of main storeys and mansard is technical storey with flat roof. The method of superstructure of building with rooms of mansard type consists in installation of structures on building load-carrying walls, n one or more storeys on flat roof of technical storey. The structure is assembled and fastened to roof edges. Then it is subjected to sheathing with guard materials and connection of service lines. EFFECT: reduced cost of produced area with no use of land plot and no adverse effect on environment. 7 cl, 8 dwg
