FIELD: civil engineering, ground buildings sphere, building is used during erection of low buildings in areas, in which there is potential danger of blasts, hurricanes, storms, tornados, action. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase buildings protective properties from action of outside blasts. The aim is realized due to the fact that additional inclined poles are mounted over inclined poles and ring-type soft members are mounted in clearance with required step, each of which is turned around own vertical axis of symmetry by 90 dwg in respect to neighboring members. In the case additional inclined poles are bound by curvelinear elastic band in finial lock and supports are made in the form of stop-support anchor members.
