FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to erection of ground surface and buried structures and can be used in areas where danger of explosions exists. Non-destruction of framework at super-high effect of explosion and possibility of normal functioning upon explosion can be achieved due to the fact that all hinges are made up of strips and supporting pins, and strips are installed on foundations and ends of posts and span-pieces. Posts and span-pieces are made hollow, and shaped members are located at distance from connection units of posts and span-pieces. Frame is provided with energy-absorbing devices installed between shaped members of posts and span-pieces and fastened to them by bolts. Each energy-absorbing device is in the form of lower and upper supporting pads made of channel bars. Lower pad is fastened to shaped member of post, and lower pad is fastened to shaped member of span-piece. Also provided are unit made of pliable material with vertical passages installed between upper and lower supporting pads and springs located in passages of unit and connected with their upper end to upper supporting pad, and connected with their lower end to lower supporting pad by means of disks, washers and nuts.
