FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: building has expansion chambers in interframe space, basement and outer walls. Expansion chambers in walls has apertures along walls placed from top and bottom. The apertures are overlapped with perforated panels with suspensions on springs. Rest angle members are bolted to finned floor plates and lower chord of frame structure. undercornise blocks are installed on the top of outer finned panels. Expansion chamber in interframe space is enclosed from the top by roof of hardly plastic material. The roof is fastened through roof clamps to upper chord of frame structure. Roof bottom is fastened by layers of pliable material laid over network of plastic material. The network is fastened to the top of lower chord of frame structure. Expansion chamber in basement is enclosed with reinforced floor of finned plates laid from top, with basement floor from bottom, and finned panels of basement walls on the sides. Expansion chambers in outer wall are enclosed with finned wall panels with shelves on outside. The shelves are rotary about upper horizontal cylindrical hinges and provided with plastic tubular stops from bottom. The stops are installed in openings. Perforated screens are provided to enclose the expansion chambers too. Finned internal panels are used to guard the expansion chambers from inside. The panels rest on layers of pliable material from top and bottom. Network of plastic material and layer of pliable material are fastened to the fins. Plate-like rectangular screens are bolted to columns and lower chord of frame structures on sides. EFFECT: improved protection of buildings from outer explosions, pressure tightness in explosions, as well as reduced labour consumption. 4 cl, 6 dwg
