SUBSTANCE: electric heater has protective shell 1 with outer back 2 and inner back 3, heating element 4 with plus supply bus 5 and minus outgoing bus 6. Ports 7 are made on inner back 3 to provide free passage of fuel to band heating element and its convective heat exchange. Thanks to such design fuel in filter comes in direct contact with heating element 4 taking heat directly from the element without any intermediate links and stages.
