FIELD: high-pressure pumps at considerable length of screws and rather small diameter of holder provided with anti-friction metal layer. SUBSTANCE: method consists in manufacture of main load-bearing part with bores for screws, formation of anti-friction metal layer and finishing. Main load-bearing part consists of two longitudinal halves and anti-friction metal layer is formed by plasma spray deposition of respective alloy, babbitt in particular in each half followed by assembly and finishing of anti-friction layer. EFFECT: considerable reduction of consumption of babbitt and facilitated manufacture of holder. 3 dwg
