FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: valve consists of a housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes and a supporting unit provided with an orifice. The supporting member is in a contact with a cylindric control member provided with an orifice. The control member is mounted for permitting rotation and is connected with a shaft locked against axial movement through a crank clutch. The crank clutch is mounted for permitting an axial backlash. The supporting unit is defined by two projections made on the seat and having through orifices coaxial to the shaft. The cylindrical surfaces of the through orifices are coincident with the cylindrical surface of the seat. The control member has a ring collar that is in a contact with the projection of the supporting unit. The distant between the end face of the ring collar that faces the projection of the supporting unit and farthest edge of the port in the control member exceeds the distance from the plane of the projection of the supporting member to farthest edge of the orifice in the seat as less as the value of the axial backlash in the crank clutch.
