FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to hot gas flow regulators for controlling flow rate of working medium, having high temperature and pressure, designed to control aircraft thrust vector. Hot gas flow controller comprises heat insulated housing with inlet and two outlet branch pipes, into which main and additional seats with flow ports are installed, on saddles on both sides of their supply holes ribs are made contacting with main and additional shutters on mutually inverse cylindrical surfaces, flaps through main and additional universal joints are connected to shaft coaxial with cylindrical surfaces of flaps and seat ribs, on both flaps on side nearest to shaft, there are support bosses, both cardan couplings are equipped with pins located in mutually perpendicular planes and installed by fit in grooves made in shaft and shutters, at that, slots have blind ends, and shutters are installed with axial play and there are flow holes in them, between blind ends of slots of additional flap and pin of additional cardan coupling elastic element is located from combustible material, thickness of which in axial direction is more than total axial play of flaps, note here that edges of consumable holes of each of shutters closest to each other and ends of additional cardan coupling do not overlap edges of feed openings and seats nearest to each other.

EFFECT: increased reliability of hot gas flow rate control, reduced weight and dimensions of the product.
