FIELD: mechanical engineering; valves for control of hot gas flow rate at pressure of up to 10 Mpa and temperature of 1600 K. SUBSTANCE: proposed valve has body with inlet and outlet branch pipes and seat with flow rate hole formed by cylindrical surface. Seat is engageable with cylindrical adjusting member which is provided with flow port; it is mounted for turn and is kinematically linked with shaft locked against axial motion. Bearing unit is formed by two projections which are made on seat and are provided with through holes coaxial with shaft. Generatrices of cylindrical surfaces of these holes are matched with cylindrical surface of seat. Similar circular grooves are made on adjusting member perpendicularly to axis of its cylindrical surface. Said grooves are used for receiving rings made from anti-friction material, graphite for example. Depth of grooves is lesser than thickness of rings. Rings consist of two parts engageable over flat end faces running through central plane of these rings. External cylindrical surface of rings is engageable with walls of through holes of bearing unit. Clearance is provided between inner cylindrical surface of rings and inner cylindrical surface of grooves. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability due to reduced load. 2 dwg
