SUBSTANCE: method involves use of ground corn not affected by any fungi as check sample; bioluminescence in sample assay is initiated by means of it irradiating with light rays at wavelength ranging from 360 to 500 nm; presence of microscopic fungi is determined on base of their luminescent emission intensity recording in range of 520-700 nm; device for measuring bioluminescence of corn samples is supplied with memory cell making storage and matching data about luminescent emission intensities from corn sample, as well as from check one.
