SUBSTANCE: device has tape-feeding mechanism which has at least one braking disk which is mounted for rotation in both directions and which is braked by brake shoe mechanism which has brake shoe which is mounted on first lever, which is hinged to second lever which is mounted for rotation about its axis. During braking, a positive feedback in one direction of braking disk rotation is established by interaction unit. Negative feedback in another direction of braking disk rotation is established by reciprocal connection of said levers through spring unit. Both interaction unit and spring unit are designed using single spring plate which both ends are connected to two levels. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 3 dwg
