SUBSTANCE: hydrogen or hydrogen/oxygen heaving is achieved by valve with nipple lock which is opened by rarefying in cylinders. hydrogen or hydrogen/oxygen mix is generated by electrolytic unit which is supplied with car accumulator when device engine and generator are turned on.
