FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has needle emitter of electric charges, accelerating electrode, direct current power supply for emitter circuit. power supply of accelerating electrode is provided by pulse voltage source which polarity and amplitude corresponds to voltage is supplied to emitter. This results in change of direction of ions which are located between electrodes of same polarity. These ions move away from both electrodes. EFFECT: trajectory of ion beam is directed to air. 3 dwg
