FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities; vertical transportation of unit and packed loads. SUBSTANCE: cradle projection-belt elevator has two pulling members with cradles hinge-mounted on fraction members, two driving and two idle drums and electric drive. Pulling members are made in form of shaped belts with projections on idle side engaging with cavities of two corresponding drums. Belt drive is made adjustable, for instance, thyristor type. Electric drive is directly coupled with shaft on which two driving drums are mounted. Electric drive is reversible. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 2 dwg
