FIELD: pyroelectric materials. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns monocrystalline pyroelectric material containing antimony oxide and nickel oxide as basis. Known pyroelectric material is characterized with too narrow operational temperature range and unsatisfactory values of pyroelectricity coefficient and quality factor. Taking into account these limitations, new material contains, wt.-%: antimony oxide, 49-53; niobium oxide, 47-49; and nickel oxide, 0.4-1.8. This material has no above-mentioned limitations.
