FIELD: pyro- and piezoelectricity and chemical technology for development of allied composite materials. SUBSTANCE: crystals are produced from aqueous mixed solution of fluorides. Initial material is used in the form of preliminarily synthesized Sb(SbSbxTa1-x) O4, where x = 0.25 mole. Solution includes the following components, wt.-%: KF, 25-32; H2O2, 5-7; C2H2O4, 1-3; with volumetric S:L ratio of (1.4-1.6):(0.3-0.4) and KF: H2O2:C2H2O4 = (3-4):(0.3-0.4):(0.15-0.2). Process is carried out at temperature of 460-490 C, pressure is 690-750 atm, temperature drop is 7-14 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
