FIELD: chemical technology, inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrothermal method of preparing monocrystals of the formula Sb(Nb1-xSbx)O4 (x = 0.3 mole). Method involves the use of the preliminary synthesized Sb(Nb0,7Sb0,3)O4 as the parent material. Solution components were taken at concentration 27-35 wt.-% NH4HF2 and 5-8 wt.-% H2O2 at its volume ratio to the parent material = (1.3-1.5):(0.4-0.5). Process is carried out at 460-490 C, under pressure 700-760 atm and temperature drop 25-31 C. Invention can be used in photosemiconductor, piezoelectric and pyroelectrical branches and in chemical technology of composition materials. EFFECT: improved method of producing. 1 tbl
