Core polyolefin melting temperature is higher and introduced into melt of shell component is surfactant in the amount of 0.1-5.0 % of the mass of formed fiber. Components are formed into bundle, drawn and cut into lengths up to 35 mm long. Surfactant is used in form of nonionic, cationic ones, ester of fatty acid and glycerol, amide of fatty acid, or polyglycol amide.
