FIELD: absorbent products.
SUBSTANCE: according to the present invention, there is provided a nonwoven material for an absorbent product, consisting of an air-through bonded nonwoven material including thermoplastic fibers and having a plurality of bonded portions (P) which are formed by thermofusion and in which the crossovers of the thermoplastic fibers are thermally melted. The nonwoven material for an absorbent product includes melted fibers (F1) having melt-marked areas (T) in which the shape of the fibers has been lost due to melt solidification of the thermoplastic fibers. Plots (T) with traces of melting formed in parts other than the connected parts (P), formed by thermofusion, in the melted fibers (F1). When at least one surface of the nonwoven material for an absorbent product is examined at a magnification of 200 times in five observation zones, each of which has a size of 500 μm × 400 μm, and melted fibers with areas (T) with traces of melting present in each of the zone observations are defined as observed molten fibers (F1), the total number of observed molten fibers (F1) is 5 or more.
EFFECT: absorbent product creation.
