SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine has housing 1 with crosswise arranged radial cylinders with intake and exhaust ports, pistons 7 installed in cylinders forming variable capacity above-piston spaces 9, output crankshaft 3 on crank of which plate with crank projections 4 engaging with pistons 7 is mounted and timing gear made in form of spools 11 with cross holes connected in pairs by square section rod. Spools 11 are installed in guide cylinders for periodically communicating intake channels 17 with fuel feed device. Spaces under spools 11 communicate with exhaust channels 10.
