FIELD: test of feed-drinkable and service water in reservoirs of water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: level gauge has float mounted on nonmagnetic tube which space is divided by nonmagnetic partition into two chambers. First chamber houses counterweight fitted with two magnets and flexible coupling with float, second one carries reading device composed of two rows of flexible contacts made from one magnetic plate and oriented along nonmagnetic partition. One nonmagnetic plate is placed between plate and each row of flexible contacts. Reading device is connected by means of cable to secondary device. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of float level gauge. 4 dwg
