FIELD: measuring laser equipment connected with recording, analysis and determination of characteristics of laser radiation. SUBSTANCE: the device is a three-dimensional volumetric structure. It has two control signal channels with cells-gates; the cells-gates are installed in such a manner that their opening occurs in mutually perpendicular directions; and the channel of the signal under analysis, in which the direction of propagation of radiation is perpendicular to the planes of the cells-gates. Astigmatic telescopic beam spreading systems are installed in the control signal channels, and a stigmatic telescopic system is provided in the channel of the signal under analysis. A two-dimensional photographic or photoelectric recording system with a matrix receiver for the fifth-order correlation function is located at the output. EFFECT: determination of intensity- versus-time dependence for single supershot pulses of laser radiation. 3 dwg
