FIELD: industrial asbestos, industrial rubber, electrical, abrasive, tyre and other industries. SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises polymerizing butadiene-1,3 in toluene with n-butyl lithium as catalyst in the presence of diethylene glycol and divinyl benzene dimethyl ether which is added to blend in the form of toluene solution together with aromatic vinyl compound (styrene, $$$- methylstyrene) at molar ratio thereof ranging from 1:0.1 to 1:10 and molar ratio of n-butyl lithium to divinyl benzene ranging from 1.5: 1 to 2.4:1. The claimed process makes it possible to regulate technological properties of polymer and improve strength properties of polymer-based vulcanizate. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.
