FIELD: the invention may be utilized in the synthetic rubber industry, and the resulting polymers in the abrasive, industrial asbestos, industrial rubber and tire industries, and in electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: butadiene is preliminarily copolymerized with isoprene at a weight ratio from 4: 1 to 1: 4, respectively in the presence of N-butyl lithium in toluene. The resulting statistic co-polymer is reacted with divinylbenzene diethylene glycol dimethyl ether in a reactor and resulting product is added as an nionic catalyst into a polymerizator reactor and mixed with the resulting 1,2- polybutadiene at their weight ratio from 4.0:1.0 to 1.2:1.0. Since the low-molecular weight stream is butadiene-1,3-isoprene copolymer, rubber shows improved technological properties, there is a possibility of either reducing the amount of steam used for degassing purposes or recovering products having lower Mooney viscosity (this is essential for some consumers). EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
