FIELD: electrolytic extraction of zinc from solutions in baths for recovery of chlorine-ammoniate electrolytes of electrolytic galvanizing. SUBSTANCE: process provides for extraction of zinc from baths for recovery of chlorine-ammoniate electrolytes by electrolysis under current density 20.0- 40.0 A/sq.m, content of ions of zinc in electrolyte 1.0-2.0 kg/cu.m with the use of titanium-manganese dioxide anodes and cathodes made of steel. Galvanized parts rinsed in sequence in recovery bath with relation of surface area of anode to surface area of these parts 1:(8-10) are used as cathodes and electrolyte pH is kept within range from 9.0 to 9.5.
