FIELD: power engineering and medicine. SUBSTANCE: pneumoturboengine has fixed housing with slots where movable turbine is mounted. Turbine has impeller secured as cantilever with hollow rotor mounted in passage in gas bearings with built-in fibre-optics monitoring device. Control stick and pipe unions for pneumatic lines and cables of fibre-optics monitoring device are secured on turbine casing. Clamp for guide wire is mounted in fixed housing from one side of movable turbine, working compartment with flexible shaft secured with tool inside which guide wire runs being mounted from other side. Working tools is connected with hollow rotor of movable turbine through flexible shaft for rotation and with control stick for translational motion. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 11 dwg
