FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has predefined rarefaction deepness control unit set in control circuit, N commutable end switches united with control pedal to control vacuum supply and partially instrument delivery. The rarefaction deepness control unit is made in form of receiver and controllable throttle valve built into its casing. The receiver is mounted between vacuum pump and container cylinder connected with internal suction tube of the instrument through electromagnetic valve. Instrument drive is electromagnetic. Core of the drive is axially put over the distal end of the internal suction tube of the instrument and is engageable through intermediate bushing with one of the ring-shaped rib ends at the ring- shaped end of the core. The ring-shaped rib is located in the central part of the internal suction tube of the instrument in cylindric groove formed by an opening in the drive casing and the end face of the external tube of the instrument attached to the opening. The external tube has an opening having a spring engageable with the other end of the ring-shaped rib. The drive core has end piece at one side made in form of truncated cone making a gap with the drive casing and control nut placed at the other side of the end piece and connected with the drive casing. The control nut controls the change in position of the external tube of the instrument relative to the internal one. The predefined rarefaction deepness control unit has at least three range control units connected with end switches at one end and with corresponding switch at the other end. Range control unit outputs are connected to the electromotor and electromagnetic valve control circuit. EFFECT: wide range of applications in ophthalmologic surgery. 2 cl, 3 dwg
