FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic protective systems. SUBSTANCE: system is provided with at least one hydraulically controlled valve 1 and pump 10 with delivery pipe line connected to it through piping system, one connecting valve provided with at least one sealing seat with actuating cylinder loaded with working medium having piston 3 which forms actuating volume 2 and device 7 for loading the piston on side opposite to actuating volume; system is also provided with drain device having drain pipe line 15. Body of actuating cylinder of connecting valve is provided with at least two branch pipes 28 and 17 which are shifted axially and are brought in communication with pipe lines to admit working medium in actuating volume 2 when piston is in final bottom position through first of them with second one closed by sealing edge of piston; sealing seat of connecting valve is mounted for release of section of second branch pipe sealing edge of pistons after release of delivery pipe line by sealing set; control of partial stroke of piston 2 in direction of final bottom position is effected by means of sealing edge of piston proper in closing the second branch pipe.
