FIELD: optics; adaptive optical systems. SUBSTANCE: solid-state drive has mirror, pushrod, base, and set of cross-shaped ferroelectric plates with smeared phase transition which are alternating with cross- shaped flexible metal members whose peripheral parts are rigidly fixed to those of ferroelectric plates so that two opposing peripheral parts of flexible member are joined with respective peripheral parts of one of abutting ferroelectric plates and two other opposing peripheral parts of mentioned flexible member are joined with respective peripheral parts of other abutting ferroelectric plate. Ferroelectric plates are electrically interconnected and connected to control voltage supply. EFFECT: enlarged mirror displacement range enabling use of drive in adaptive infrared-range optical systems. 2 cl, 1 dwg
