THERMOELECTRIC SWITCH Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: power engineering; domestic appliances. SUBSTANCE: switch has insulating member, fixed contact withe lead, movable contact with lead located on contact spring, bimetal heat sensing disk, fastenings of these components one of which is rod with supporting step. Disk has central bore and is mounted on supporting step for engaging contact spring which also has hole coaxial with rod and with bore in disk. Insulating member is flexible sleeve fitted onto fixed contact lead. Fixed contact lead fastening is built up of clamps embracing insulating member with fixed contact lead; rod with supporting step is located at end of contact spring lead carrying movable contact.
