In addition device has flexible current-conducting jumpers by which substrate screen and external conductors are connected. In addition device has support member by which substrate and lower or upper caps are connected. EFFECT: prevention of inner mechanical tension which is dangerous for device design and are caused by difference in temperature coefficients of linear extension of housing and substrate. 3 dwg
