FIELD: SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: strip SHF microunit includes upper and lower covers, coaxial SHF connectors and components of SHF circuit mounted on internal surfaces of upper and lower covers made of dielectric material. Upper surface of covers, elements and plugs is metallized and is used as SHF screen for components of SHF circuit. Non-through recesses, metallized or non-metallized, are made in outer surfaces of covers. Rectangular elements and plugs have same height.
